70s FUN AND FUNDRAISING FOR THE KIDS
With a great band and dancing, we are hoping to make the event more successful than ever and a pile of fun as well! The talented kids in the dance troupe will be demonstrating some fabulous moves and will also stay out on the dance floor to help any of us who would like some assistance.
The event will be an opportunity to meet some of the children and to learn more about the orphanage and the program. Put it on your calendar now! More details will be available soon and tickets will go on sale in December; the link will be on the website!
We need many volunteers to organize, sell tickets, do set-up and run the event! If you have volunteered in the past, please consider doing so once again, and if you haven’t – please give it a try this year. Contact Jacquie McKechnie at the email below.
We also need Silent and Live Auction items. We are asking all of our supporters to consider donating Live and Silent auction items. If you yourself, or someone you know, has a vacation property or a business, we would love to have a few new items in our Live Auction. You might be out shopping before you come down and could tuck a little something into your suitcase! We need things that could be added to a gift basket or offered on their own. Kitchen, cooking, food and hostess items, bottles of wine from your area, bath related items, or something fun or unique that you find in Manzanillo. Of course, if you are inclined to put together a whole gift basket or box, we would be thrilled to get it! Contact Jacquie or Sue (emails below) if you can help.
